Free regional delivery

Goods delivery is free throughout Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Pinjore and Kalka, with no minimum basket value. Send your complete address on WhatsApp; the delivery slot and any road-access constraints are confirmed before payment. There is no promised same-day service. Outside these six towns, request a separate delivery quote. This offer does not include homestay travel, transfers or accommodation.

Quotes and stock

This is a launch enquiry catalogue. Prices and sourcing regions are indicative; products are not represented as currently stocked. Your final quote states the exact product, maker, net quantity, ingredients and allergens where applicable, price, tax treatment, delivery and timing. Any final consumer total includes applicable taxes and must respect the actual labelled MRP. No order is confirmed merely by adding items or opening a WhatsApp message.

Payment

Cancellations and product issues

Before dispatch, contact us to cancel or adjust a confirmed goods order. Custom gift packaging or supplier-committed preorders may have specific costs; those terms must be agreed before payment. For wrong, damaged or defective goods, or a quality concern, contact us promptly with your order reference and photos so we can assess an appropriate replacement or refund. Perishable handling and opened-food circumstances are reviewed individually; statutory consumer rights are preserved. We do not use a blanket “no refunds” rule.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where supported. The amount and expected processing window will be confirmed in writing; bank settlement may take longer. No specific refund window is promised in this prelaunch catalogue.

Homestay enquiries

HP2Tricity is building a host enquiry network and has no confirmed listed properties yet. Enquiry forms do not reserve accommodation. Before booking, the named host, registration, room, dates, occupancy, amenities, taxes, all charges, deposit, payment recipient and cancellation/refund terms must be stated and accepted. Property imagery here is AI concept art, not a representation of any bookable property.

Your privacy

The basket is stored in your browser’s local storage; clear it with the basket’s Clear button. Enquiry forms prepare a message for WhatsApp or your email app and do not send or store the details on our website. Sending that message shares the details with the chosen service and HP2Tricity for quotation and fulfilment. Concierge messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for an AI-generated answer. Do not include sensitive financial details in chat. Chat history is kept in page memory and disappears on reload; we do not create a customer account or store chat transcripts in an application database.

Cloudflare may process request/security metadata to serve the site, under its own service terms. No marketing pixels or analytics identifiers are added to this build.
